GO FOR GOLD is a week like no other! The main event is a summer playscheme for primary school age children, plus there is a Stay and Play for younger children and family events during the evenings. Arun Kids presents Go For Gold is running from Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August 2024, at The Littlehampton Academy, with the Grand Finale on Sunday 4th August.
Our annual summer event welcomes hundreds of primary school-aged children to join us on an exciting fun-filled adventure. Each day we will discover how amazing God is through sport-themed music, games, dance, drama, craft activities, Bible stories and our legendary Gunge Tank! It's an active, noisy, exciting event with various evening activities for all the family too.
The cost is £40 for one child for the whole week, and £35 for all other children from the same household. Daily refreshments and a T-shirt are included in the price. There is also a £50 donation ticket, where you can pay an extra £10 to help provide a space for someone who may not be able afford the full price.
Each day runs from 9am - 12 noon.

Arun Kids Minis is a fantastic stay and play for parents with younger children aged birth to 5. Running alongside Go For Gold, this is the best place to be with toys, craft activities, play equipment and delicious refreshments available to buy.
Entry is £12 per child for the week if booked in advance or £3 per day on the door. Siblings under 1 are free.
Each day runs from 9:15am - 11:45am (giving plenty of time to drop off and pick up any bigger kids to the main event too).
To run Arun Kids: Go For Gold! we need a large team of amazing volunteers. We need people throughout the week to support the children plus teams to set-up, serve refreshments, pack-down, and technical work. By volunteering at the event, you will receive a discounted ticket for your children to attend the event. This will be sent to you on the successful completion and acceptance of your application form.
